As a Hospice Aide, you will:

  • Perform various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patients personal needs, to promote the patients comfort, and a safe environment, in accordance with an established physician plan of care and under the supervision of a registered nurse case manager or other professional as dictated by state.
  • Observe patients and report/document these observations and the services provided.
  • Work with family/caregiver/and interdisciplinary team members to meet the emotional needs of the patient/family/caregiver.

Required Skills / Qualifications

  • Completion of recognized Nurse Assistant certification program
  • Minimum of one-year direct patient care experience in an institutional, hospice or home care setting
  • Skilled in the proper technique for lifting and transferring patients
  • Ability to read, write and follow instructions and document care given
  • Understands Hospice philosophy and needs of terminally ill

Equipment Operator

  • Operates vehicles and a variety of small and medium equipment that may include, but not limited to; front end loader, skid steer loader, grader, lift equipment, tractor trailer, drainage vacuum truck, small bulldozer and asphalt repair truck while performing bridge and roadway maintenance
  • Performs minor maintenance and servicing work in connection with any type of equipment operated and assists in the repairs of this equipment; checks and adds fluids, checks/adjusts brakes, maintains proper air pressure in all tires, etc.  Cleans and washes equipment.  Supervises Department of Corrections inmates crew performing maintenance activities. 
  • Uses a variety of hand, pneumatic, and electrical tools to maintain bridges and roadways.  
  • Performs independent manual labor incidental to job assignments with minimal supervision.  
  • Performs tree trimming, rough carpentry, masonry, painting and/or assists in the assembly and erection of highway signs. 
  • Performs Maintenance of Traffic (MOT).

  • Requires a valid Class B CDL with an acceptable driving record. 
  • Due to the nature of this position, incumbent must respond to emergencies.  
  • While on-duty status, the positions Incumbent must be readily available to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV), consistent with the type of Commercial Driver"s License (CDL) the Incumbent is required to possess, or on a routine basis performs other CMV safety-sensitive functions.  
  • The Incumbent of this position is required to work with or around Department of Corrections inmates.  The Incumbent must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check to work with or around Department of Corrections inmates. The Incumbent must also be trained and must maintain training certification from the Department of Corrections to supervise inmates.

Executive Assistant

  • The position would work closely with the Chief Credit Officer to manage a variety of areas of lending including credit administration, risk management, management reporting and problem asset management. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Associates Degree in Business or related field and three to five years of administrative experience in legal, lending or the Farm Credit System.

LPN

Requirements:

  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required

  • IV certification required if required by state regulations

Property Manager

Essential Job Functions:

  • Must be able to access all areas of the property’s grounds and structures, including multilevel structures, with or without the aid of an elevator
