Follow the instructions below to apply:
- Click LOGIN located on the right side of the white bar close to the top of the www.careersourcechipola home page.
- If you are currently a registered user, enter your email address and click Log In. An Access Code will be sent to your email address.
- Enter the access code and your password. If you do not remember your password, click Forgot Password?.
- If you are not a registered user, click New Customer Registration and complete the short registration page. You must fill out all fields with a red asterisk (*).
- Click on My Forms in the left pane.
- Click Start located to the right of the form Summer Youth-Application to Participate
- This will open a new window and you will need to click Start once more to begin.
- After you have completed the application and read the Important Information, click Submit.
You will be contacted by a staff member for the next step in the process.
